    This month marks my 4-year anniversary with Swoon!   Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much I've grown both personally and professionally in this time. Swoon's given me countless opportunities to challenge myself, expand my skillset, and build meaningful relationships with some of the best people I've ever worked with, including my lovely clients.   Like any journey, there's been highs and there have been lows, but I wouldn’t have wanted to ride the waves with anyone else. I've been exceptionally fortunate to work under supportive leaders, and alongside empowering teams who've cheered me on through every transition and milestone. This support has made all the difference.   I'm truly grateful for all the experiences I've had and all the accomplishments we've achieved together as a team. And I'm even more excited for what's next; there's so much more to build and celebrate ahead.   Thank you to my lovely team for making Mondays something to look forward to. ❤️

    SIA 40 Under 40 - Senior Vice President at Swoon

    I start many mornings scrolling LinkedIn, watching for big job change announcements and offering my congratulations. It is one of my many routines, and frankly, a smart sales activity. Well, this morning started a little differently. Instead of scrolling through others’ posts, I wrote my own! After exactly 11 years (to the day) with Russell Tobin—learning, growing, and hopefully doing a little teaching—I’m starting a new adventure. This week, I start at Swoon. I first met Joseph Matalone over 10 years ago at an MSP awards dinner—where he/Swoon was announced as a winner. Since then, I’ve watched from both near and far as he, Lori (Kalbfleisch) Miller and many others built an organization I’ve admired and was always happy to compete with. Thank you to Michelle Baker, Andy Baker, Joe and Lori for the opportunity. I can’t wait to help Swoon continue to grow, elevate, and remain a company worth watching.
