For our people, by our people, our Partner Networks (employee resource groups) are open to all partners and create moments of connection that foster inclusion and contribute to our personal and professional success.  "I was looking for a job after being a stay-at-home mom for nearly 16 years. I was looking for work that was close to home, flexible and something I would enjoy. My coffeehouse leader Bri is one of the most amazing managers I’ve ever had – she has a great team and everybody was so supportive and I immediately felt like I belonged.” Last June, Elisabeth experienced a life-changing accident where she lost her lower left arm. In April, she messaged her coffeehouse leader that her doctors had given her the all-clear and she was ready to put her green apron back on.  "I didn't put a timeline on when I would return. Sometimes you're forced onto a new path, but you can move forward in a positive way and have a very fulfilling journey.   Now that I’m back wearing my green apron, I’m excited to be a member of the Disability Advocacy Network (DAN) and connect with partners in this community – everyone has different obstacles, and I would love to be able to share my experiences and learn from others." -Elisabeth F., barista in Virginia Through our networks, we build communities of belonging and find opportunities to learn, celebrate, contribute and reflect on the diverse cultures, experiences and beliefs that make us human. We're proud to honor Juneteenth alongside our partners and communities.   With our Black Partner Network (employee resource group), we celebrate the endurance of the human spirit and legacy of Black and African communities by commemorating the historical moment of emancipation for enslaved African Americans in the U.S.
