We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to architect and build the software backbone for Eden Technologies—a platform of generative tools, optimization methods, ecosystem behavior models, and environmental simulation systems. This is a rare opportunity to shape software that directly supports climate-positive design, biodiversity, and ecological resilience through cutting-edge computational methods and immersive interfaces. Introducing the EDEN platform, where we ask: What if an object benefited and transformed its environment for the better? The research and design platform considers buildings as living ecosystems rather than a static object. As a building is constructed -- or grown -- designers consider how it may empower Nature. Unlike 'net-zero' construction, which focuses on reducing negative impact, EDEN aims to enhance ecological health by developing new forms of ecosystem-based construction that create value for the natural world across multiple biological kingdoms.
