Today is my actual 3 year anniversary at Medium. I joined because Medium is my favorite app on the entire Internet and I wanted to save it. Part of our ethos is that if something interesting happens to you then you should tell that story, even if the story is pretty grim. So for the benefit of other CEOs, I've told the gory details of a financial, product, and investor turnaround including the details of our recap. I got a lot of help doing the recap from a single Medium writer who had the same "share what you know" mindset. And so I hope this helps other entrepreneurs who want to rescue a company. https://lnkd.in/etFY25DG
