  • “I majored in journalism and political science. Like, you’re absolutely f*cking with the wrong woman.” Sophia Bush has been in the industry long enough to understand the power of having a platform—including how to push back against anyone who tries to pull her away from it. During the 2024 edition of #MarieClairePowerPlay, the multi-hyphenate explained the importance of using your voice as soon as the opportunity presents itself, because “you never know how long” it will last. Listen to a highlight from Bush’s panel above, and stay tuned for more on Power Play 2025—happening later this month.

And while so many areas of our health have been funneled into the more glamorous “wellness” space, oral care traditionally has not. But a new wave of dental offices are transforming the once-sterile setting for a routine check-up into an experience more comparable to a spa, paving the way for a chic (and overdue) rebrand. From lymphatic drainage chairs in waiting rooms to “comfort menu” offerings like aromatherapy, Netflix, and organic smoothie services, modern offices are pulling out all the stops to curate a calm experience for patients—from the second they schedule to the moment they leave. Call it a revolution, a reckoning, or a renaissance, but the regular old routine cleaning is officially a thing of the past. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/g9EXcESB

  • Introducing Marie Claire’s 2025 Beauty Issue, starring #Tinashe 🌸 Last summer, Tinashe’s monster hit “Nasty,” a paean to symbiotic sexual energy, became the most popular release of her career. But her style of music—a swirly hybrid of pop, R&B, and electronica, run through a hazy filter—has never been easily categorized. The singer has always bet on herself, and now, after a year of record fame, she’s contemplating what comes next. Read the full interview: https://lnkd.in/ewsnfja8
