It has been a pleasure to be part of the 2nd annual McCann Kids at Heart Charity Challenge to benefit Boston Children's Hospital . ❤️ This golf outing, hosted by McCann Systems, presented by Crestron Electronics, with platinum sponsor Legrand and eight additional sponsors, will deliver a five-figure donation to Boston Children’s Hospital, which does some of the country’s best life-saving work for pediatric patients. Some 26 foursomes took to the links this morning, their high spirits holding storm clouds at bay. Shortly, a cocktail reception will begin, with festivities also including a silent auction, raffles and more. I chatted with Josh Bittner and Will Amos on the 8th hole, and they both reflected on how meaningful it is not only to have Boston Children’s Hospital as a longtime client but also to underwrite its life-saving work. “You see kids that are just so sick out there, and they need help,” Bittner told me. “Boston Children’s is the best in the world, and giving them extra money to make these kids’ lives a little bit more comfortable is worth all the time and investment,” he added.
