Benefits Administration Software
The market for employee benefits is broken. Companies spend millions on employee benefits that employees neither value nor regularly use. Founded in 2017, Forma set out to build a better model by challenging traditional one-size-fits-all approaches. Forma’s flexible benefits software helps companies offer competitive benefits packages while reducing costs and inefficiencies, by giving employees more choice and flexibility in how they spend their benefit allowances. Using Forma, select from our suite of Lifestyle Spending Accounts, Health Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, and Flexible Spending Accounts to design and deliver customized benefits programs available in a single platform. Employees then have three choices to spend account funds: The Forma Store with discounted products and services, The Forma Visa Card, or claim reimbursement backed by Forma’s world-class member support team.

📊 𝗕𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 📊 According to Mercer’s recent Global Talent Trends report, the most popular answer from employees about how to improve total compensation is “more types of rewards and the opportunity to personalize” their comp package. At the same time, 58% of HR leaders say their rewards and recognition technology is already delivering ROI. But Mercer’s analysis illuminates a key challenge that remains: many employees continue to struggle with confusing systems and scattered access points. Ultimately, when it comes to rewards and recognition, there are too many portals, platforms, and steps involved in the experience. In a time when personalization and simplicity matter more than ever, employees want benefits that are flexible, easy to navigate, and designed with them in mind. Our take: It’s time to rethink the delivery of customizable benefits and bring everything into one intuitive, personalized experience. Curious how other companies are streamlining the experience and driving even more ROI? We’re here to help 👋

🤩 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘾𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙢 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩?! 🤔 Running through mud counts as wellness? YES! In this week’s 𝘰𝘶 𝘊𝘢𝘯 𝘊𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘮 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵?! spotlight, we’re featuring Jenna, who used her LSA benefit to sign up for a Tough Mudder event. Obstacle courses, teamwork, and a whole lot of grit. Jenna knew pushing herself physically would help clear her head too. This creative use of an LSA shows how wellness looks different for everyone. For some, it’s calm and quiet. For others, it’s a muddy challenge with friends and a finish line. We love how LSAs let employees choose what matters most to them. Mind and body included. Have your own interesting LSA story? We want to hear it. Share in the comments below 👇

📊 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 📊 Employees today expect their benefits to reflect their real lives. Case in point: Aon shared this as part of their 2025 Employee Sentiment Study: 🤗 72% of employees want benefit customization, yet only... 😬 41% say they actually have access to personalized benefits That gap says a lot. Personalization isn’t a nice-to-have anymore — it’s the baseline for meeting employee expectations. For HR and benefits teams, the challenge isn’t if personalization matters. It’s how to deliver it at scale, within budget, and without burning out your admin team. Our take? Personalization is only going to get more important. Now’s the time to start designing for it. 👀 Curious how? Let’s talk.

“𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁?” Benefits leaders ask this all the time, but without the right data, the answer is just a guess. That’s where employee benefits surveys come in. They’re one of the smartest tools for aligning your offerings with what your workforce actually values — yet sometimes they don’t get to the heart of what you really need to know. We recently published a guide with 𝟭𝟱+ 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to help you cut through the noise and get meaningful insights straight from your people. As a preview, here are a few of our favorites from the list: ❔How well do you understand your benefits package on a scale of 1-10? ❔If you could add one additional benefit to your package, what would it be and why? ❔Which benefit do you find least valuable or necessary, and why? ❔What types of benefits could further support a healthier or more active lifestyle for you? ❔Does the current benefits package promote diversity, equity, and inclusion? If not, how could we improve this? Plus, once you’ve got the data from your survey, we show you how to act on it with a benefits model that reflects your employees' real needs. Hint: it’s not another point solution tacked onto your ecosystem. It’s about flexibility, personalization, and choice — and that’s where LSAs come in. 📝 Check out the checklist: https://lnkd.in/eGMUystk If you’re serious about making your benefits strategy more data-driven and people-centered, this is a great place to start.

📊 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 📊 Financial stress doesn’t clock out at 5pm, and employees are banking on benefits to help them cope. According to Transamerica’s latest Prescience 2026 report, nearly half of employers (47%) plan to offer a comprehensive financial wellness program by the end of 2026. Why? Because financial stress isn’t just personal, it affects engagement, productivity, and even retirement readiness. Here’s what else stood out to us: - 83% of experts say employees appreciate personal financial coaching - 76% agree employees will follow advice from tools like automated assistants or live coaches - And despite debates around ROI, 67% say employers will expect measurable returns from these program As financial wellness is fast becoming the new must-have, forward-thinking organizations are investing in holistic support systems like LSAs that meet employees where they are. 🔄 Could your total rewards strategy use a financial wellness refresh? Let's talk. #EmployeeBenefits #FinancialWellness #FutureOfWork #HRInsights #Forma #LifestyleSpendingAccounts
