It was great to see so many Capital One teams working together to explore the transformative potential of Generative AI in financial services at our second-annual, internal Generative AI Hackathon.
Great to be at #Transform2025 in San Francisco this week, where I sat down with Emilia David to talk about some of the exciting work we’re doing in #agenticAI at Capital One! In our fireside chat, we discussed some of the key innovations and technical choices we made in the development of our multi-agentic workflow, including the applied research that influenced the design of our agents with specialist large language models. We discussed how the understanding agent, planner agent, evaluator agent and explainer agent work together as a team to mimic human reasoning and map customer needs to actions while adhering to regulatory, business and logical constraints and policy. We also discussed how we are collaborating with NVIDIA to minimize end to end latency to provide a delightful customer experience. Thanks for having me, VentureBeat!
