Mental health continues to be a core component of employers’ well-being strategies, as highlighted in our 2025 Employer Well-being Strategy Survey, with 100% of respondents including mental health in their initiatives. Physical health also continues to be a top employer priority, especially for weight management, while financial health programs are nearly universal among employer strategies.
