    Last week, I was truly inspired as I visited a few of our fragrance house partners—experiencing firsthand the creativity, care, and collaboration that go into developing some of the most iconic and beloved fragrances in the market. Fragrance creation at Bath & Body Works is a year-round journey that starts and ends with the customer. We lead with insights—shaped by consumer behavior, trend research, and observations from patterning trips around the world. Along the way, we test with real customers, refining and adjusting until our final product strikes the right blend of art, science, and storytelling that’s uniquely Bath & Body Works. Grateful to our partners for sharing their passion and expertise. These visits were a powerful reminder of what makes our brand so special, and the extraordinary standard and care behind every product we create.

    I had the opportunity to tour Beauty Park—our manufacturing campus located just 10 miles from our headquarters, in New Albany, Ohio—and came away even more energized by the unique advantage it gives Bath & Body Works.    Beauty Park is home to more than 10 of our strategic vendor partners and plays a central role in how we bring high-quality, on-trend products to market with unmatched speed and innovation. With over 80% of our supply chain based in the U.S.—and more than half of that in Ohio—we’re able to react quickly to customer demand, chase into what’s working, and roll out newness at an industry-leading pace.     I met with several of our supplier partners and their leadership teams, and was struck by the deep collaboration, expertise, and shared commitment to delivering excellence. From concept to final product, our teams—including merchandising, fragrance, and R&D—are able to work side-by-side with suppliers right on the factory floor. That level of integration not only drives agility but ensures we’re always thinking about the customer first.
