It can be awful to recieve a rejection email, but still your work is not done. Don't be afraid to reach out to the hiring manager or internal recruiter after every rejection, via email or LinkedIn for valuable feedback for your next application or even another role at the same company. Criticism can be used for growth, sadly depending on the person it might have a positive or a negative effect. When i was younger and got rejected the though was that i wasn’t fine and its my issue. In the future i started looking at things from an objective point of view and learned that these are skills that i need to acquire before being eligible to this position.
