Besides that all of them are important, I’d focus more on communication and its clarity - the company culture should be always the core data irrelevant the special detail of each project and situation.

Of all the things I would prioritize fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration. I also tailor communication styles to suit different team members, ensuring inclusivity and clear understanding. Additionally, I encourage cross-functional training, empowering team members to learn from each other and gain a holistic understanding of the project. This approach fosters trust, clarity, and teamwork, driving project success.

There is not enough information contained in the question to formulate an answer. Every team is going to be assembled for a specific plan, and each plan is going to require differing skill sets, levels of experience and personalities. I need to know more about my task and my team before I can figure out how to maintain focus for THAT particular group. There is no One-Size-Fits-All approach to success.
