I have recently faced a similar challenge with a recently completed project and the best way to respond to this will be on three levels - As an enthusiast the best approach is to prioritize continuous learning mostly by engaging high value resources and webinar which won’t take much of your time - As an employee one best way is to leverage your network, this way you can easily learn through conversation with peer without spending a lot of time on resources - As a company: Use the agile method and prioritize sprints. Have an open room for design thinking while selectively matching them with user needs and real world applications. This way you’ve been able to address the time constraints and also learn
