As an indie developer, I am in charge of animation, game design and mechanics, in addition to game script, all this is not easy but it makes you more versatile and capable of understanding each development specialty, with that in mind, when you have a group of collaborators, it will be easier to understand and complement each other's work, so make the most of each experience acquired in various specialties. But above all, it always seeks to exceed expectations and provide pleasant hours to end users, that is the purpose of a game.

More players is better and giving those players tools that can give good reputation builds up trust and makes your product more desirable. Focusing on accessibility might even give good publicity like in the case of Celeste. I may not know much about that game but I know it has nice accessibility features.

The core outcome of inclusive design is accessibility. Games designed considering this issue can access a larger crowd and deliver more fun and playability to more players. It includes príncipes like recognize diversity, learn from diversity, solve for one problem and extend to many, flexible design, more tolerance with error, anticipate impact  of the materials you're creating.
