You're dealing with delays in receiving and shipping. How do you prioritize tasks effectively?

When supply chain hiccups cause delays, effective task prioritization is crucial. Here's how to stay on top of your game:

- Assess urgency and impact. Identify which tasks will affect your customer service the most and tackle those first.

- Communicate with stakeholders. Keep everyone in the loop about delays and revised timelines.

- Adjust expectations internally. Ensure team members understand the situation and realign their focus accordingly.

How do you manage when faced with logistical delays? Would love to hear your strategies.

¿Me falta personal?
