Whenever we execute any idea or proposal there need to be a proper planning by concerning all the involving objects related to the project. When it comes to the personnel every indivIdual should have a specific role. There should be back up of every personnel with in the team or elsewhere. To go with seamless and smooth running the research the update about the status of personnel should be there. For any future absence there should be prior intimation so that the proper arrangement can be made.
