    Le changement est l'ennemi numéro 1 de toute organisation et des collaborateurs. Toujours le changement est perçu négativement alors que dans un changement, il y a aussi des points positifs. Lors d'une mutation il faut que le manager anticipe et prépare cette transition, car s'il y a des bruits de couloir la mission du manger deviendra compliquée. Pour moi il faut avoir des meetings avec toute l'équipe et des meetings F2F avec chaque collaborateur pour bien expliquer le changement et surtout ne pas essayer de convaincre ou de prendre des décisions à la place du collaborateur ou même canaliser sa décision. Le moment d'ordre la transparence totale pourquoi tout passera et restera uniquement la vérité
