Usage of overlapping working hrs for review and decision making is feasible option but effective communication is the key. Designing of common formats for data sharing and setting identical KPI for review of performance and monitoring. SOP can also be implemented to ensure method of working on same page.

Managing remote teams across time zones isn’t just about calendars—it’s about building a culture that thrives asynchronously. Here’s what I’ve learned from leading global teams in climate tech: 1. Core Hours: Set 2–3 daily overlapping hours for real-time collaboration. 2. Async Tools: Use Notion or Loom for clear updates and documentation. 3. Timezone Awareness: Plan smarter with tools like World Time Buddy. 4. Empower Ownership: Focus on outcomes, not clock-watching. 5. Cultural Sensitivity: Respect holidays, routines, and prevent burnout. When done right, timezone diversity becomes a superpower. That’s how we approach it in Atlas Capital.

Managing a remote team across time zones is like coordinating a worldwide orchestra – timing is everything! To avoid clashes, sync overlapping work hours, use time zone converters, and document decisions clearly. A well-structured schedule keeps confusion low, while clear communication ensures everyone’s on the same page.
