Start with the outcome that your colleague or customer wants to achieve. Work with them to evolve the 'how' in achieving the answer and then involve them in an iterative manner to get the solution in front of them and the people they need to be using the system. Stop calling them a user and refer to your business as OUR not THE.

Involve the users every support time, tell them about the issue and the cause, this make the user think about it, they will never do it again or they know how to fix it by themselves. This is a work together. Just make the support interesting, use the time invest with the users

Incorporating gaming and contests can make information systems more engaging and interesting. Gamification and competitive elements can enhance user interaction, increase motivation, and promote better learning or usage outcomes. • Learning Systems: Quizzes and interactive challenges for onboarding and training. • CRM or ERP Systems: Gamified tasks to encourage employees to input data regularly or adopt new modules. • Customer-Facing Systems: Loyalty programs with gamified rewards for regular usage or purchases. • Educational Platforms: Leaderboards and levels to encourage active participation and mastery of topics.
