Prioritize repairs based on safety, operational impact, and urgency: Safety First – Address critical issues that pose risks to drivers or passengers. High-Impact Vehicles – Prioritize vehicles essential for key operations. Quick Fixes – Repair minor issues swiftly to maximize fleet availability. Spare Availability – Focus on repairs with readily available parts to minimize downtime. Data-Driven Decisions – Use telematics insights to predict and prevent failures proactively. This ensures efficiency and minimal disruption during peak periods.

Sometimes its better to step back and understand the real problem. Why is this problem occurring regularly? Start eliminating the factors one by one. Additionally, its better to take a break, delay things, etc. to restart the operation like a fresh start. I have observed that its mentality is to solve problems when the operations are going on, such as repairs, which are harmful. Take a break, inspect, and start afresh. While starting afresh, its important to consider following factors: - whether you understood the real root cause of the problem. ? - Whether starting afresh will solve it? - What are the implications for the business revenue? if these are in control, we can start afresh.

Usually, in cases like this, you are to work with both the logistic manager and the maintenance team to draft out prioritizing plans to ensure the most important deliveries are done, and then increase the working hours of the maintenance team to make sure vehicles are repaired within a short time.

*AI-Powered Predictive Triage: Deploy AI algorithms to analyze real-time telematics data, prioritizing repairs based on severity, impact on fleet efficiency, and potential downtime. Focus on mission-critical vehicles first, ensuring minimal disruption during peak operations. *Dynamic Resource Allocation: Use IoT-enabled tools to reroute repair teams dynamically, leveraging geolocation data to assign the nearest available technician, reducing response times and optimizing workforce efficiency. *Preemptive Swarm Maintenance: Implement a "swarm repair" strategy during off-peak hours, where multiple minor issues are addressed simultaneously, preventing cascading failures during high-demand periods.
