When working styles clash I try to understand all perspectives and styles then navigate choosing the best way ahead. I also try to explain my part regarding what works best for me and what works for the direction that we are ALL going as a TEAM.

In these circumstances, I like to exchange with each person individually. I collect in their answers some common grounds that bring them together. Disaggregate and analyze the points of disagreement, in order to find similar objectives and potential convergent dynamics. And of course, I provide croissants and good coffee to lighten the atmosphere.

As pessoas são diferentes em tomadas de decisões, exatamente por terem óticas diferentes, ponto de vistas de acordo com o setor, modelo de trabalho e etc... Porém a estratégia ser utilizada sempre deve ser a linguagem clara, objetiva e cordial, o foco não deve ser apenas um setor mas a empresa num todo, se tds estiverem no mesmo objetivo, será filtrado aquilo que de fato é importante na tomada decisões , como impacto nas áreas envolvidas, investimento inicial e os pontos favoraveis .... e daí a conquista com êxito.
