Stay calm. Panic won't help. 1. Identify and prioritize feedback: Determine urgent vs. non-urgent. 2. Reassess your timeline: Adjust deadlines if possible, focusing on immediate needs. 3. Communicate openly: Update your team and stakeholders. Honesty builds trust. 4. Delegate: Divide tasks based on team strengths. 5. Focus on high-impact changes: Address feedback that significantly affects the project's success. You'll get back on track. Don't forget to breathe.

We’ve all been there! When feedback threatens to derail e-learning deadlines, prioritize and categorize feedback into ‘critical’ and ‘nice-to-have’ changes. Address urgent adjustments that align with key learning objectives first, while deferring non-essential revisions to future updates. Establish clear communication with stakeholders about the impact of feedback on timelines, and collaborate on compromises that ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing project quality.
