These quizzes are “powered by AI and the LinkedIn community” - aka robot ask, human teachs. Robot learn, human unemployed. Can these robots be MORE obvious about taking over our jobs by quite LITERALLY asking us advice on how to do our jobs? Hahahahahaha 😂 Am I totally losing it here or is anyone else seeing this? There must be another way of viewing these AI Powered quizzes, right? Oh and that last question was for the humans out there 😂

Managing workload in the animation industry requires strong organization, effective communication, and prioritization. Start by breaking down complex projects into smaller, manageable tasks and setting realistic deadlines for each stage of production, from storyboarding to final rendering. Use project management tools to track progress and allocate resources efficiently. Regularly communicate with team members to address challenges early and ensure alignment. Balance creativity with time constraints by maintaining a clear schedule and allowing flexibility for revisions. Lastly, avoid burnout by fostering a collaborative environment and setting boundaries to sustain long-term productivity.

In animation, shifting workloads are a given. I rank assignments according to their impact on the project and their timeframes. I find that breaking down more complex jobs keeps me focused. My team and I stay in sync when we communicate often. Making a visual task board is one unusual tactic that I've found to be beneficial. I can see how much work I have to do and change priorities as necessary. For me, this visual aid has changed everything.

First, eliminate all forms of AI in the animation industry. I mean, like, nuke the site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.
