We figured out that a strong digital organization is key to build a supportive learning environment. There should be other juniors to build per groups, senior data scientists for sparing, enough challenging problems (defined as business cases), good learning opportunities, … So this is also important to facilitate great and sustainable/continuous learning experiences.
