To manage peak season demands without affecting inventory accuracy, based on my experience - reaching out clients before the identified month peak season to early gather possible orders and arrange deliveries 2 weeks ahead from the normal schedules - strictly observe order picking procedures - do batching order picking based on DR delivery receipt or invoicing

Good practice to implement zones in warehouse for stocking specific group of products. Dedicated team for each zone for e2e activities. Augment temporary workforce during peak season to support dedicated zone, which would be quick training too for small set of repeated activities. This would translate to increased accuracy through focused picking, packing and shipping.
