Coordinating with external vendors and IT teams for Information Systems integration can be challenging, but structured approaches help. Along with clear communication, defined roles, and realistic timelines, I would recommend: Creating a detailed project plan using tools like Jira or Trello to track tasks and deadlines. Conducting daily progress meetings to identify and resolve roadblocks early. Documenting all decisions and requirements for clarity. Using a centralized issue-tracking system for prompt resolutions. Building contingency plans to address risks like system incompatibilities. Fostering collaboration and proactive planning are key to success and meeting the timelines.

My experience with integration new IT or communications systems is that the needs of the company have to be well defined and clear to the provider. Both sides have to have good champions that have ownership of the plan. And of course, the planned system should always be expandable or editable, and ideally open source.

Relationship Management with all stakeholders is key. This action compounded with the routine publishing/dissemination and team awareness of scheduled activities, work packages and milestones provided the necessary elements for success. Additionally, Weekly team (Brief) status meeting with involved stakeholders should facilitate a smother on track integration.
