Here's how you can prevent making repetitive mistakes in future presentations.

Whether in group presentations or one-on-one, bad habits exist subconsciously and as we know, habits can be difficult to manage consciously. As Carl Jung says, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate". Are you listening to yourself? There are three presentations. The one you prepare. (Hopefully, you do prepare) The one you give. The one people hear. They are not the same. Focus on your audience. Seek to connect at the subconscious level; emotionally by varying tonality. (There are nine.) Correct any habits e.g. saying "umm" over and over by recording and listening to yourself. Most of all... listen to the listening. Watch body language. It's telling you a story.

In my experience, this is a hard one for people to focus on what and where things go wrong. It is vital to watch for clues from the audience when they disengage or lose focus. It could be the slide, your tone, the flow, the lack of engagement, and many other things. Ask for feedback, simple cards no name needed, ranking different things— what was shared, what they liked or disliked, what they would change. I have filmed myself from the back of the room and learned and learned a lot of things that I needed to fix, even drawing attentions away from what i was trying to emphasize - remember to practice!!!

Creo muy importante entender la audiencia, es decir el receptor del mensaje. En muchas ocasiones estandarizamos una presentación que elaboramos desde nuestro conocimiento y particular punto de vista y no prestamos la debida atención en considerar que las personas a quien nos dirigimos ayer, no son las personas a las que nos dirigimos hoy. Adaptar el formato y la forma de la presentación para reforzar el mensaje y el interés de a quien va dirigida es bajo mi punto de vista fundamental para su exito.

Resulta sencillo valorar la efectividad de una presentación cuando se encamina a potenciar la posición de un producto o una actitud dentro de una organización, siguiendo la evolución de los resultados. Es mas fácil exponer y confiar sobre aquello que se ha bien entendido. La atención e interacción en el propio desarrollo de la presentación, nos mostrará si somos analíticos y críticos a la vez, sobre los problemas que la propia estructura de la comunicación y el entendimiento se provocan.

La solvencia en cualquier ámbito aporta valor, la falta de solvencia en una presentación genera desconfianza Conforme vamos trabajando sobre una presentación ganamos la seguridad que otorga la práctica. No debemos nunca sacrificar presentaciones que deberían ser efectivas como práctica hacia el objetivo, hay que preparar bien el trabajo para ofrecer solvencia desde el primer momento.

Ensure to maintain the minimalistic tone throughout with these quick tips: 1. Keep language simple and direct. (Jargon-free, not casual.) 2. Keep the color and font palette neutral. (Avoid tacky animations & transition tools.) 3. Use a classic storytelling structure. 4. Maintaining an optimistic tone is key- Positivity attracts people. Prioritize solution-based strategies over numerous slides detailing problems. Remember, 'Less is More' and radiate goodness with your visual aids.

The need to engage the audience is key to avoiding repetitions and mistakes during your presentation. When you engage your audience, it gives you time to: 1) Reflect on what you have said thus far. 2) Replay what you will say within the next couple of minutes. 3) Get feedback from your audience to help you focus on which direction to continue your presentation. For clarity, there are many ways to engage your audience; you can use questions on the subject, anecdotes, gestures and body movements, short stories that best portrays what you want to say, jokes, in fact whatever makes your audience to fix their eyes on you throughout the presentation is what you need.

Learn from past experiences 1) While preparing for it, you must think about your past works. 2) If there was a mistake in the past then find the ways to eliminate that. 3) Know your strength and give your best. 4) Play with your strength more rather than the weakness. Weakness should be eliminated gradually and Strength should be practiced more. 5) If possible do record the whole session and after the session and while preparing for the next session, watch the recording and analyse what you should avoid and what should be adapted. 6) Last but not the least, get feedback from members and seniors and you are the best critic of yourself. I would have said Presentations are to be prepared before time and should go through plan 1 presentation topics 2 slidi 3 participants 4 visual And during the presentation if any thing goes wrong that's is learned mistake which will let you avoid next presentation.
