    It's not different that leading troops in the military, you have a mission which is important, and you must take care of the people who are critical to your success during difficult times. M.B.W., management by walking around, engage the staff as a peer not a "su-peer-ior", it's okay to be human. Empathy and recognition are extremely important for morale. Eventually the storm will subside and you as a manager will be critically evaluated by your staff for how well or poorly you performed.
