Artigo desenha as melhores práticas.

To prevent major disruptions during system upgrades, follow these steps: 1. **Plan and Test**: Create a rollback plan, test the upgrade in a staging environment, and check dependencies. 2. **Communicate**: Inform stakeholders and schedule upgrades during off-peak hours. 3. **Monitor**: Use real-time monitoring and alerts to track the system's health. 4. **Incremental Upgrades**: Upgrade in phases to minimize risks. 5. **Backups**: Ensure full backups are taken and verified. 6. **Automated Testing**: Run automated tests before and after the upgrade. 7. **Documentation**: Document the upgrade process and changes made. 8. **Team Readiness**: Ensure your team is ready to handle issues quickly.

Everyone answered what to do to prevent, but the real gravy here is what to do WHEN it occurs. Here's how I approach it: When challenges arise, it’s about activating contingency plans, engaging the right technical teams, and maintaining open lines of communication with everyone involved. After every upgrade, I analyze what went wrong (and right), document key takeaways, and refine processes for the future. At the end of the day, preparation and transparency are your best tools to navigate these situations effectively. Cheers 🤘
