    Often, unnecessary feature requests stem from a client's deeper concern or objective. Politely probe to understand the "why" behind the request. Maybe there really is a hidden gem of an idea there. But the real risk is getting converted into a services company than being focused on. Product approach that is much more profitable in the long run. If the requested feature is truly unnecessary, suggest existing features or workarounds that achieve the same goal. Clearly outline the time and resource investment required for the request. Help the client understand the potential impact on project timelines and budgets.

    I think offering alternatives is the best way to go. If I believe that these features are not necessary, it means the client actually doesn't need them, offering them the alternatives may convince and meet the client's needs, it's all about conversation
