Having well defined SOPs and Style Guides is the key. The balance and the tone can always be defined between by the managers. The best way for a manager here is to take the best suggestions from all content creators and define proper guidelines.

To find a balance that satisfies everyone, consider the following steps: 1. Open Communication Establish a safe and respectful environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their concerns and ideas. 2. Define Project Goals Revisit the project's objectives, target audience, and key messaging. Ensure everyone understands the project's purpose and scope. 3. Collaborative Brainstorming Host a brainstorming session where team members can share their ideas and perspectives. Encourage active listening and build upon each other's suggestions. 4. Discussion with all creators and a general consensus on the best fit tone and style to be agreed upon. In most cases though Creators would naturally want to experiment and explore more with different styles, in which case a vote for the best could be done. It is quite possible that at times once the project evolves another tone or style may be deemed more appropriate, which creators must identify and unite for. After all we want the best for the project's success don't we?

Conflict is healthy. Talk it out and find the middle ground. If the tone is professional, it wouldn't hurt to add a few analogies here and there that'll resonate with the audience. If the tone is too playful and fun, then balance that out with touching the emotional aspect of things. No one wants to indulge in things that are either overly dry and boring, or too bubbly and electric. Find the middle ground as a team and you're golden!
