An agile development approach allows quick adjustments and client feedback, crucial for meeting expectations and delivering product that matches their vision. One key thing to be taken into consideration here is that "seamless" doesn't mean "equal". So, SIMPLIFY. Different platforms will tackle different needs and therefore will require different user experiences. Now, what are the key elements that the client needs across all of these places? Their personal info, order history, preferences, branding? From my experience, mapping out each specific need at every stage of the user journey helps you yield what are the common things these platforms must share.
