I am quite new in this field but one thing I know for sure. To enhance the team’s ability to perform, the chain of command should be short. The most pain staking thing in project is to wait for approval, first it had to go through technical tram then commercial then regional office then HO, this causes a delay and demoralise the whole team.

To ensure seamless collaboration across multiple power system upgrade projects, I would focus on the following strategies, Clear communication channels, defined roles and responsibilities, integrated project management tools, inter-project coordination meetings, shared goals and objectives, resource sharing, conflict resolution mechanisms and celebrate milestones on which acknowledge and celebrate achievements across team to boost morale and reinforce a sense of community. By implementing these strategies, It can create an environment where collaboration is encouraged, leading to more successful project outcomes.

If you have competition you will always have teams trying to be the best, sometimes at the expense of the other projects. However if you don’t have competition there is no drive unless you can generate a common goal for all the projects / teams to aim for. This can only be done by listening and creating an overarching sense of belief in what the end result is… If the end result is big enough to inspire people then they will work together.
