RFI - Abra demanda para empresas que tenham perfil aderente a demanada. 2. Elabore questionário com eliminação técnica, jurídica, comercial, mantenha apenas fornecedores com melhor score. 3. Qualifique d de forma mensurável esses fornecedores, de forma a manter apenas os que melhor aderirem as expectativas. 4. RFP - Elabore documentos técnico de qualidade que possam direcionar os fornecedores para as melhores premissas e expectativas de recebimento, minimizando assim falhas de entendimento. 5. Revisite o vender list e requalificar os fornecedores. Mantendo apenas os melhores parceiros.
