    Zeitfresser in der heutigen Zeit ... obwohl die Mitarbeiter hoch konzentriert arbeiten. Als Digitalisierungsexperte komme ich zu vielen Firmen und erlebe immer wieder das gleiche bzw. ähnliches in abgewandelter Form. Belege kommen rein, werden verarbeitet, werden u.U. sogar noch ausgedruckt, abgeheftet, womöglich kopiert damit jeder eine Kopie hat. Im Anschluss werden die Daten nochmals in die Buchhaltungssoftware manuell übertragen und dann an den Steuerberater übertragen. Digitalisierung läuft anders!! Was ist das Ergebnis nach unserer Beratung: * Kostenreduzierung auf Grund der Analyse und Umsetzung bzgl. der Reduzierung der Kostenfresser! * Transparenz bzgl. Prozesse (wann, wer, wo) * zufriedenere Mitarbeiter keine doppelten Arbeiten!
