    Turn off judgement in both groups before, during and after any work together. 1. Go for a mutually stretching goal or challenge that needs solving and ask everyone for their inputs in advance. 2. Anonymise responses. 3. At the meeting - warm up with any exercise that focuses on generating a volume of ideas. Choose a pointless/ fun / non work problem to solve. Turn off any debate of practicality/ feasablity. Only volume wins....(this is a bit of fun but it makes the point about turning off judgment). 4. Then ask them to assess the ideas submitted in advance, to group and explore not evaluate. 5. Note concerns but frame as 'areas to investigate more' not 'will it work or not'. In truth no-one will fully know until it is actioned anyway.

    in dealing with the differences between detail thinkers and big picture thinkers, i believe it is important to prioritize the value of human capital as a key foundation for long-term conflict resolution. the most effective approach is to establish open communication that respects each party's perspective, while instilling mutual understanding and empathy. in this way, organizations can harness the power of diverse ways of thinking to efficiently achieve common goals. in addition, ongoing training in communication and collaboration skills will strengthen a harmonious work culture, so that conflicts are not only resolved, but also become opportunities for growth and innovation within the company.
