    Quero falar como um torcedor. No caso do esporte (e na realidade do Brasil é ainda mais importante, visto a força do futebol), as melhores gestões são aquelas que conversam direto com o torcedor. É por isso que, além de um bom planejamento, uma boa equipe, boas estratégias de comunicação, é fundamental ter um estudo e uma percepção avançada do sentimento do torcedor. Só assim é possível saber o momento de falar e com qual tom e, inclusive, o momento de silenciar, algo que, na minha opinião, não é suficientemente valorizado acompanhando a comunicação dos clubes e, em especial, do meu time de coração.
