Remembering that you are a part of a team, asking for help or helping someone else when they need it.

Over the years, I’ve come to realize that maintaining focus and managing stress effectively in such situations is less about individual resilience and more about the broader structure of the kitchen, the design of the workflow, and the leadership guiding it all.
