I find that if interruptions occur during a session, if the “party” keeps moving the ‘distraction/interruption’ fade back. 💪🏼

If you're juggling multiple training programs and experiencing frequent interruptions, it's time to simplify. Functional training is not supposed to be complicated. Find one program and stick with it. If you're ready to level-up, or if you need to scale back, make the adjustment and continue moving forward. Again, when functional training programs become complicated or frequently interrupted, simplify.
