Wenn’s kracht, rede ich zuerst mit dem Mieter, nicht mit dem Anwalt. Lösungen entstehen im Dialog, nicht im Gerichtssaal. Und wenn es doch ernst wird, ist mein rechtlicher Beistand längst vorbereitet. Wer hier zögert oder unklar agiert, riskiert den operativen Betrieb. Ich sichere lieber vorher ab – strukturiert, professionell, verbindlich.
