I start by mapping the feedback to spot common pain points across platforms. Then, I fix the most confusing gaps first -> where users feel lost or stuck. A clear design system helps me keep future experiences aligned and smooth.

I approach design inconsistencies by first clearly understanding user feedback—what’s causing confusion or frustration? Then, I quickly map out problem areas across platforms to spot patterns. Creating or reinforcing a unified design system helps me address these gaps consistently. I also involve users directly, checking updated prototypes with them. Regular, short usability tests confirm if my solutions actually resolve their concerns.

It's not that difficult 98% problem relate to the system we have. All we need to check is the core problem user is facing. Just align with a system and make a way out by discussing it with team. It's all about mindset (every problem Bron with it's solution)

Design inconsistencies across platforms can dilute user trust. I start by centralizing user feedback through tools like Jira or Product board, categorizing issues by frequency and impact. Next, I conduct a design audit to identify root causes and align with cross-functional teams. Backed by user data, I propose scalable, unified patterns and prioritize changes based on effort vs. impact. To prevent future gaps, I help evolve a shared design system with clear platform guidelines. Consistent communication and feedback loops ensure we stay aligned with user needs.

Centralize your design system to ensure consistency across platforms. Categorize user feedback, prioritize by impact, and close the loop by sharing updates with users. Conduct usability testing to validate changes. Consistency isn’t just visual, it’s experiential. Align design decisions with user needs while maintaining brand coherence across every touchpoint.
