When it comes to software development, discrepancies and conflicts are the order of the day since this work consists of materialising something as abstract as an idea, my recommendation is to try to understand what needs to be developed before starting to do it. Brainstorming can be a good way of proposing solutions but you should not invest more time in it than in the development itself, the work well done is distinguished by the small details and these are the ones that need to be polished and directed as a team.

In order to resolve conflicting project priorities with developers, you must start by fostering open communication to understand their perspectives & any constraints. Then, you can align the discussion with the broader project goals & business objectives, helping them see how their tasks contribute to the bigger picture. Prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact & resource availability & use a collaborative approach to find a compromise that satisfies both sides. If needed, involve stakeholders or product managers to clarify requirements & ensure everyone is 'on the same page'. Maintaining transparency & flexibility is the key to finding a solution that works for both your team and the project.
