Define what you want to accomplish in each session. Break your research into smaller, manageable tasks. Allocate specific time slots for research and stick to them. Find a quiet place to work. Turn off notifications on your devices and close any unrelated tabs or apps. Focus on the most important and challenging tasks when your energy levels are highest. Short breaks can refresh your mind and prevent burnout. Try stepping away from your desk, stretching, or taking a quick walk. Your brain functions best when it's well-nourished. Keep healthy snacks and water within reach. Practices like meditation or deep-breathing exercises can improve focus and reduce stress.
