The collaboration of geoscientists and petroleum (reservoir) engineers especially in subsurface characterisation studies is very crucial to quantify recoverable reserves as well as in reservoir management practices. It all depends on the interplay between the geological understanding of geoscientists (geologists) confirming the static inplace and reservoir engineers understanding based on dynamic simulation study to come up with several realisations in maximising the EUR with a good confidence.
