When your team is stretched thin, efficiency isn’t about doing more it’s about doing smarter. Start by prioritizing: What truly moves the needle? Cut low-impact tasks and automate where possible. Encourage focused work by minimizing unnecessary meetings. Most importantly, check in with your team burnout kills productivity. Small adjustments, like clearer priorities and better delegation, can keep performance high without overloading them. Efficiency isn’t about squeezing every drop of effort it’s about sustaining energy for long-term success.

Maintain efficiency by prioritising chores and emphasising high-impact activities. Delegate duties depending on individuals' talents and abilities. Streamline procedures and reduce unnecessary chores. Encourage open conversation and offer assistance with problem solving. Use time management skills and establish reasonable deadlines. Create a collaborative ecosystem for sharing workloads and resources. Plans should be reviewed and adjusted on a regular basis to ensure they are in line with goals. Allow time for relaxation and rehabilitation to avoid burnout and ensure a motivated and productive workforce.

Litigate and rotate task accordingly depending on the circumstances, level of training and time frame. Rotate jobs among staff to ensure satisfaction among employees by introducing new strategic skills/opportunities. This keeps the work environment fresh and less likely for burnout when new ideas and career opportunities are present. This level of teamwork allows staff to focus more on the task at hand without stress of looming deadlines. Encouragement of fellow staff by helping in any manner or capacity possible to ensure no task is beyond overwhelming. It is important to understand all aspects of the workplace. Problem solving can be applied more efficiently to ease the burden of stress which likely leads to burnout.
