    Le non respect des délais ne doit pas forcément devenir chronique car il ne s'agit pas de faire durer ce type de difficulté et donc y réagir dessus en amont. Ensuite, programmer un entretien avec la personne afin d'identifier la source du "pourquoi"; proposer des solutions pratiques évoquées ensemble afin de pouvoir à nouveau s'intégrer dans un travail d'équipe et préserver un bon état d'esprit.

    When a team member keeps missing deadlines, the first step is to analyse if the set goals are realistic. Secondly if the goals are realistic, access the competency of the employee in that particular task. Training can also be done, review the process sheet, investment in tooling and above all, clear communication preferable written communication. Monitor the performance and ask for feedback from the employee
