When you're juggling a product launch with a team that's got varying expertise levels, it’s bound to lead to some sparks flying. The secret? Start by fostering open, honest communication—create a safe space where everyone feels heard. Leverage the strengths of each person, allowing them to shine in their area of expertise while encouraging others to contribute their perspectives. When conflicts arise, focus on the solution, not the problem. Encourage collaboration and compromise. After all, every great product was built on diverse minds coming together. "In teamwork, unity isn't about being the same; it’s about embracing the difference."

Bring everyone together and re-establish trust. Not everyone can do the work you can do, and vice-versa. So a great pivot to a struggling deadline is to take a pause and refocus on each individual. Break it down and meet them at their level. Once the problems are identified, take responsibility and help every team member understand what they do not understand (conflicts; gaps in knowledge).

To handle conflicts during a product launch, encourage open communication and define clear roles. Align the team with common goals and listen to all viewpoints. Resolve disagreements by finding a fair middle ground and using data for decisions. Assign tasks based on strengths and maintain professional discussions. Check in regularly to prevent issues from growing. If needed, involve a leader for resolution.
