-encourage creativity without fear of failure. The best innovations come from bold risks. -set milestones so progress feels achievable, not overwhelming. -every failed experiment is a step closer to success. Shift the mindset from fear to growth. -let them own challenges. Engagement rises when they feel responsible for solutions. -remind them why the risks matter and how they’ll push the game forward. -motivation thrives on appreciation. First i schedule e call with both teams of developers and designers, and through a very open minded conversation , wheres both parts have the right give they thoughts, ideas and expert report about some new feature that we want to add to the game in order to pursuit innovation. Then i would get these ideas or concepts that they have given and add to board with diagrams and try to link every ideas into the scope do the project, to see wich one fits more with the core of the project and eliminates the ones that don't created any sort of connection with the project standards, and methods that i would use in order to get a conclusion with the teams exeperts, would be brain storming and consensual voting.

Keeping a team motivated in the face of innovation and risk starts with breaking tasks into manageable chunks and focusing on prototypes. Give your designers, artists, and developers creative freedom within those prototypes, allowing them to explore ideas without fear of failure. Celebrate completed prototypes even if they don’t make the final cut, they add value and learning. Your team will be better for it. Communicate openly and provide constructive feedback, encouraging the team to share their ideas and dreams with each other. When risks are high, collaboration and shared vision can turn uncertainty into something better together.
