    The first thing is don’t jump to conclusions before there’s any analysis. What are the facts? I’ve had people say “issue”, “problem” or other negative words when the reality is it is working as designed! Yes, it’s different and that is what the change is! Ask questions, what are they experiencing, if it isn’t as designed then begin troubleshooting remotely. If the solution requires physical access then i find i can typically walk someone onsite through it verbally or with video and audio assistance.
