There is no better, ultimate solution than language training of a core team of employees in critical areas of focus. Short of that.. making each concerned team member LEARN AT LEAST 50 COMMON USE PHRASES..SHORT SENTENCES and 100 most commonly used words in respective area of activity can give amazing results quickly. However, to me, most importantly assess and CLEAR an employee's ANY GIVEN BIASES TOWARDS A LANGUAGE or Language/social group. This will save the organisation a million small bleeding cuts.
